Credit Application

By typing your name below, you affirm your identity, you certify that the information entered on this Credit Application is true and correct, and you authorize the release of all credit information pertaining to the Applicant, Owners and Guarantors, to CapStar Corporation and its assigns (including loans, leases, and personal credit reports). An electronic typed signature shall provide valid authorization as an original signature. A photostat or facsimile copy of this authorization shall be valid as the original. Such authorization shall extend to subsequent updates for credit or collection purposes. Federal Reserve Board regulations give applicants the right to request a written explanation of any declined application.
